稻草熊(02125.HK)上市首日一度涨超93% 将继续与网络视频平台深化合作释放潜力
1月15日，著名影星吴奇隆创办的稻草熊娱乐集团(下称稻草熊娱乐)在港交所主板挂牌上市，联席保荐人为招商证券国际、中信建投国际。本次上市，稻草熊娱乐拟发行1.65亿股，每股发行价5.88港元，位于招股区间的中高端。当日开盘价7港元，相比定价大涨近20%，开盘市值约在46亿港元左右，盘中一度涨超93%。
稻草熊娱乐的基石投资人名单也已披露，雪湖资本、IDG资本以及唯品会均在其列，其中，唯品会首次作为IPO基石投资人。根据协议，三者投资合共5000万美元，雪湖资本认购3500万美元，IDG认购1000万美元，唯品会认购500万美元。
受去年新冠疫情影响，影视行业经历了不短的苦寒时期。有观点认为，从影视市场及融资环境看，影视公司IPO难度比前几年更大。稻草熊作为港股影视板块开年第一股，无疑对行业来说是一种利好信号，为市场和资本重振信心。
根据招股书介绍，稻草熊娱乐其中一向业务营收是向电视台、网络视频平台或第三方发行商许可自制剧集播映权，该业务为稻草熊娱乐的最大营收来源。稻草熊曾在业内率先推出了自制剧集“先网后台”的播映模式。2015年，其自制剧《蜀山战纪之剑侠传奇》首先于爱奇艺上映，之后卫视；此外，稻草熊先后在《新白发魔女传》和《蜀山战纪》尝试“影游联动”模式，圈粉不少，影视IP价值也得到更大释放。近年来，稻草熊营业的收入水平也呈现稳定增长的态势。根据招股书，2017年至2019年，稻草熊娱乐的营收分别为5.43亿元、6.79亿元和7.65亿元，经调整净利润略有波动，分别为8560万元、7495万元和6539.6万元。2020年上半年，尽管受到新冠疫情影响，稻草熊娱乐依然实现收入5.8亿元，净利润为5413万元，同比增长43%。
本次上市，是稻草熊娱乐业务模式和生长潜力受到资本市场认可的最好体现。未来，稻草熊娱乐还将继续发挥自身优势，并与爱奇艺等网络视频平台继续深化合作。随着影视行业景气度的持续复苏，内容、平台齐抓的稻草熊娱乐，未来增长空间也值得期待。
