新股配售 | 德运控股："套路回拨"新年首现，公开认购33.62倍，国配略不足额，一手中签率10%
uSMART盈立智投1月12日消息，德运控股(DEYUN HOLDING)公布中签结果，并将于今日下午进行暗盘交易。
【配售小结】
①"套路回拨"新年首现：德运控股公开认购33.62倍，国配略不足额，所以回拨的比例从30%降到20%，足足少分了10%的股票给散户。最终公开的占比为20%，国配为80%。
2019年至今共有17只新股进行过相同的操作，首日15涨2跌，上一只"套路回拨"的是亚东集团，暗盘一度冲到90%，但最终收跌11.9%，振幅巨大。
②乙组13人，中签率高：逾3.8万人申购德运控股，其中有13名"博冷"上乙组，中签市值高达88万-120万，乙头打和点1.72%。
德运控股为花边制造商及染整服务供应商，总部位于中国福建省福州市，主要按个别订单从事花边的制造及销售，供客户生产品牌女士内衣产品。

5、公开认购倍数：33.62倍(甲组：57.07倍，乙组: 10.17倍）
6、国配：轻微认购不足，合共114名承配人，前25名承配人合共锁定47.7%的发行股份
7、回拨情况："套路回拨"再现，因国配不足额，最终公开的占比为20%，国配的占比为80%
8、超额配股权：配售并不涉及发售股份超额分配，超额配股权亦不会行使，无绿鞋
9、基石投资者：3名基石投资者合共锁定31.7%的发行股份
