达芙妮国际(00210.HK)附属土地拟被征收 补偿总额约1.1亿元
格隆汇 1 月 3日丨达芙妮国际(00210.HK)公布,根据福建省政府及莆田市政府的相关土地规划要求,公司全资附属公司大盛于2021年1月1日与莆田市荔城区政府订立土地征收协议,据此,莆田市荔城区政府将征收而大盛将交出所征收土地及物业,代价为莆田市荔城区政府须向大盛支付补偿总额人民币110,219,093元,惟须受土地征收协议的条款及条件所规限。
估计根据土地征收协议将产生约人民币8570万元的税前收益(该收益乃根据土地征收协议项下的补偿总额减去于2020年6月30日所征收土地及物业的账面净值及其他相关成本及开支而估计)。
