安东油田服务(03337.HK)与成都香投集团开展战略合作，子公司安东融资租赁获其参投7000万元
格隆汇 12 月 21日丨安东油田服务(03337.HK)宣布，与成都市新都区最大的国有投资集团，成都香城投资集团有限公司("成都香投集团")开展战略合作，成都香投集团将通过其子公司对公司的全资子公司安东融资租赁(天津)有限公司("安东融资租赁")进行参股投资1069.09万美元(按照公告日汇率1美元≈6.55人民币，约合7,000万元人民币)，成为公司在融资租赁业务方面的战略投资者。
于2020年12月21日，公司的两家全资子公司－安东油田服务有限公司("安东油服有限")和天津安东进出口贸易有限公司("天津安东")，与成都香投集团全资控股的成都市香融创业投资有限公司("成都香融")签署协议，协议约定三方在成都市新都区成立一家合资公司，用于向集团全资收购安东融资租赁。交易完成后，集团将有效持有安东融资租赁74.1%的股份，成都香投集团将有效持有安东融资租赁25.9%的股份。
各方均表示，今后将努力支持安东融资租赁的发展，在战略、市场、业务、融资以及人才等方面提供支持，让安东融资租赁在当地做强做大，为地方的经济做出贡献。
公告称，集团成立安东融资租赁之初的考虑是集中集团所有的设备资源、工具，进而整合油服行业内的设备和工具资源，形成行业内独有的融资租赁平台，一方面满足集团购置工具、设备的需求，通过资源集中以获得优惠的融资条件。另一方面，借助融资租赁平台，帮助合作夥伴嫁接设备资源和金融资源，为集团平台化的发展战略提供支持，全方位满足客户需求。
由于当前四川省已经制定了建设中国"气大庆"的战略规划，正大力开发包括致密气、页岩气在内的天然气资源，未来有着旺盛的油田服务需求。集团希望抓住这一大好机会，凭藉集团强大的市场能力，通过融资租赁带动设备资源和金融资源，为客户提供全方位的产品和服务，拉动集团各个业务板块在当地的发展。
由于新都区正在打造"油气科技小镇"，未来将形成浓郁的行业氛围，因此集团决定将新兴发展的租赁业务总部设立在新都区。此次引进新都区最大、实力最雄厚的国有投资集团作为融资租赁业务板块的战略投资者，既可以让集团获得强大的本地支持，又能加强集团在当地的市场影响力，有利于集团抓住"气大庆"建设契机，发展业务。
集团已经制定了"全新的安东"的战略，致力于建设开放的股权和治理结构，打造生态式的业务平台，通过资产证券化、战略合作等各种方式，引进各方面的合作伙伴，在安东的业务平台上共同发展。同时，通过与当地夥伴合作，融入当地社区，为当地做出贡献，实现人与环境的高效可持续发展。此次交易是集团"全新的安东"发展理念的又一成功印证，未来集团将进一步开放合作，全面实现生态式发展，成为全球领先的油田服务公司。
