万达信息(300168.SZ)：万豪投资所持公司16.06%的股份被公开拍卖 和谐健康保险竞得9.89%的股份
格隆汇 12 月 10日丨万达信息(300168.SZ)公布，公司于2020年11月12日披露《关于持股5%以上股东破产清算进展暨所持部分股份将被拍卖的提示性公告》，公司5%以上股东上海万豪投资有限公司(“万豪投资”)所持部分万达信息股票190,274,800股将在公拍网资产频道进行公开拍卖；公司于2020年11月26日披露《关于持股5%以上股东所持部分股份被拍卖的进展公告》，万豪投资所持万达信息股票190,274,800股分成9项拍卖标的，分别由5位竞买人竞拍成交，合计金额约37.93亿元。
2020年12月10日，公司收到万豪投资破产管理人(“管理人”)致函，此次拍卖竞拍成交的5位买受人已经分别向管理人支付了全额成交款。现将5位买受人的相关信息公告如下：
1、和谐健康保险股份有限公司，共拍卖成交3项拍卖标的(1号、2号、9号)，合计1.1719亿股(占比为9.89%)，合计成交金额约23.34亿元；
2、李健，共拍卖成交2项拍卖标的(3号、5号)，合计3269.76万股(占比为2.76%)，合计成交金额约6.51亿元；
3、朗新科技集团股份有限公司，拍卖成交1项拍卖标的(4号)，计1743万股(占比为1.47%)，成交金额约3.47亿元；
4、方泽彬，拍卖成交1项拍卖标的(6号)，计1300万股(占比为1.10%)，成交金额约2.59亿元；
5、西安国际医学投资股份有限公司，共拍卖成交2项拍卖标的(7号、8号)，合计995.72万股(占比为0.84%)，合计成交金额约2.01亿元。
上述万达信息股票190,274,800股(占比为16.06%)的拍卖成交合计金额约37.93亿元。
截至公告披露日，公司无控股股东、实际控制人，万豪投资持有的部分股份被拍卖，不会导致公司控股股东、实际控制人状态变更，不会对公司生产经营产生不利影响。
