上海市长调研国资委:优化国企股权结构 加快混改步伐
上海市委副书记、市长龚正今日在市国资委调研时指出,要锐意创新,全力推进国资国企改革发展取得新成效。要优化国资布局结构,突出主业,加大服务保障国家和本市重大战略、战略性新兴产业布局和社会民生的力度,加快退出不符合城市功能定位的产业领域。
同时,要优化股权结构,加快混改步伐,实施专业化整合、市场化重组。要优化法人治理结构,进一步健全市场化经营机制。要优化国资监管结构,实现从管企业为主向管资本为主的转变。(ta/u) ~
