格隆汇 11 月 25日丨正海磁材(300224.SZ)公布,公司回购专用证券账户所持有的2000.01万股公司股份已非交易过户至“烟台正海磁性材料股份有限公司-第一期员工持股计划”专用证券账户,公司扣除回购专用账户中股份后的股本由8.0亿股增加至8.2亿股,公司控股股东正海集团有限公司及其一致行动人持股数量占公司扣除回购专用账户中股份后股本的比例由52.6750%被动稀释至51.3906%,持股比例被动变动1.2844%,持股数量不变。
