中国唐商(00674.HK)预计中期亏损约4800万港元
格隆汇 11 月 20日丨中国唐商(00674.HK)宣布,预期集团将于截至2020年9月30日止六个月录得亏损约4800万港元,与集团于2019年同期录得之亏损约2690万港元相比增幅显著。
此乃由于截至2020年9月30日止六个月展览分部及南京分租业务受2019冠状病毒病疫情影响而市场气氛疲弱,导致集团之收益受到不利影响。除前述2019冠状病毒病疫情之影响外,董事亦预期,截至2020年9月30日止六个月将出现亏损增幅,主要由于应用香港财务报告准则第16号租赁导致投资物业录得公平价值亏损约4000万港元。
