格隆汇11月9日丨微盟(02013.HK)涨6.38%,报11.68港元,总市值263亿港元。微盟集团11月6日午间发布公告,通过全资附属公司微盟发展以增资及股份受让形式,共计人民币5.1亿元收购上海海鼎信息工程股份有限公司51%股权。交易完成后,海鼎将成为微盟集团附属公司并纳入上市公司体系,微盟集团将进一步完善智慧零售产品线,在现有专注为垂直行业连锁品牌商提供智慧零售服务的基础上,新增拓展连锁便利店、连锁超市、商业地产等线下零售领域客户和渠道。
