中国联通(00762.HK):拟向联通集团收购一汽通信科技51%股权
格隆汇 11 月 6日丨 中国联通(00762.HK)宣布,于2020年11月6日,中国联通运营公司(公司的全资附属公司)和联通集团(公司的最终母公司)订立收购一汽通信科技协议,据此,中国联通运营公司同意向联通集团收购其持有的一汽通信科技51%股权,购买价为人民币1.31亿元。
收购一汽通信科技51%股权可以加强集团与中国第一汽车集团有限公司的合作(于公告日,中国第一汽车集团有限公司持有一汽通信科技剩余49%股权),强强联合,优势互补,发挥协同效应,加快一汽通信科技的良好发展,提升竞争力和营运效率,从而促进集团未来的收入和利润的提升。
