建鵬控股(01722.HK)簽訂備忘錄，擬共同發展亞太地區的物業開發及管理業務
格隆匯 11 月 5日丨建鵬控股(01722.HK)宣佈，於2020年11月4日，公司全資附屬Success Frame Global Limited與Galaxy Development Limited("合作伙伴A")及New PreciousInvestments Limited("合作夥伴B")(統稱為"該等合作夥伴"，各為一名"合作夥伴")訂立不具法律約束力的諒解備忘錄，據此，雙方擬相互合作，以通過共同發展亞太地區的物業開發及管理業務實現互惠互利。訂約方指出，可能合作事項可能以下列方式進行(包括但不限於)(i)由公司(及/或其附屬公司)與該等合作夥伴成立合營企業；或(ii)公司及/或公司的附屬公司向該等合作夥伴進行投資。
據悉，合作夥伴A為於馬紹爾羣島共和國註冊成立的有限公司，主要從事投資控股。合作夥伴A由霍世光全資擁有，彼於協助項目融資活動方面擁有逾20年的豐富經驗。近年來，夥已為中國及東南亞的眾多房地產開發安排項目融資。彼目前為中華(澳門)金融資產交易股份有限公司的會員、澳門歷史城區發展促進會副會長、澳門娛博文創促進會祕書長及國際文化產業協會(澳門)副祕書長。
合作夥伴B為於英屬維爾京羣島註冊成立的有限公司，主要從事投資控股。合作夥伴B由鄧少顏全資擁有，彼於物業中介服務行業擁有逾10年經驗。
公告稱，為將集團的業務多元化及增加集團的收益來源，公司一直尋求各類業務發展機遇。董事會對有關亞太地區的物業開發及管理業務之行業前景抱持樂觀態度。董事會認為，可能合作事項為公司提供機會，可透過利用該等合作夥伴於房地產開發及物業中介服務行業的網絡及經驗以及集團作為綜合建築承建商的豐富經驗發展上述產業，從而擴大及多元化其業務以及獲得協同效應。可能合作事項亦有望提高集團的盈利能力，併為集團帶來長期價值。
