白马户外媒体(00100.HK)公布,获要约人告知,要约人在其财务顾问协调下一直与各行各业的潜在投资者接洽并进行沟通,以尽快恢复最低公众持股量之规定,但因将予出售或发行大量数目股份以恢复公司的公众持股量,以及与爆发COVID-19疫症有关的限制措施及中国户外广告业於COVID-19之後的市况,要约人知会公司其需要更多时间以由要约人配售现有股份或由公司发行新股份。
至今,公众持股量为0.95%。
公司自2020年7月14日起停牌,并将继续暂停直至另行通知。
