《大行報告》瑞信:澳門重開個人遊但需求前景疲弱 重申對濠賭股謹慎看法
瑞信發表報告,預期澳門今年10月賭收料按年下跌78%至79%,其中中場料跌73%至75%,貴賓廳由於贏率較低,賭收料下跌約90%。
該行表示,根據預訂情況,澳門中場場主預期10月餘下時間的賭收會下跌75%至80%。而貴賓廳中介人稱目前轉碼量已回升至9月日均的約兩倍,但意味按年仍有85%的下跌。
瑞信重申對濠賭股謹慎看法,認為雖然內地往澳門個人遊已重開,但需求前景仍然疲弱。若賭收在所有簽證重開一至兩個月後,即10月底及11月未能有顯著復甦,相信行業相關股份的盈利及股價在短期有下跌風險。
