宝尊电商-SW(09991.HK)拟全球发售4000万股 预计9月29日上市
格隆汇 9 月 18日丨宝尊电商-SW(09991.HK)发布公告，公司拟全球发售4000万股股份，其中香港发售股份400万股，国际发售股份3600万股，另有15%超额配股权；2020年9月18日至9月23日招股，预期定价日为9月23日；公开发售价将不超过每股香港发售股份103.90港元，A类普通股每手买卖单位100股，入场费约10495港元；预期A类普通股股份将于2020年9月29日于联交所主板挂牌上市。
根据艾瑞咨询的资料，集团是中国品牌电商服务行业的领导者和先行者，2019年按GMV计占7.9%市场份额。中国品牌电商服务行业乃第三方服务行业，其中电商服务提供商为品牌提供IT解决方案、网店运营、市场营销、客户服务及仓储配送等电商服务。凭藉端到端的电商服务功能、全渠道覆盖和技术驱动的解决方案，集团赋能广泛多样的品牌发展并取得成功。集团帮助品牌在中国执行其电商战略。
集团的竞争优势使集团的品牌合作伙伴数量实现快速增长，截至2019年12月31日增至231个品牌合作伙伴，当中包括根据BrandZ全球品牌价值100强的排名，非公共服务界别按2019年品牌价值计的50个全球最具价值品牌中的15个。集团为飞利浦、耐克和微软等各个行业中的全球领导者提供服务。集团能够利用集团高效的电商运营能力及有效的数字营销解决方案，协助品牌合作伙伴应对新冠肺炎带来的挑战，足证集团服务的价值。凭藉集团出色的业绩，集团于2020年上半年成功取得19个新的合作伙伴，截至2020年6月30日，集团的品牌合作伙伴组合总数增至250个。
按照香港公开发售及国际发售每股发售价均为103.90港元计算，假设超额配股权未获行使，集团的全球发售所得款项净额预计约为39.845亿港元，而假设超额配股权获悉数行使，则为45.892亿港元。集团计划将自全球发售所获得的所得款项净额约20%用于扩充品牌合作伙伴网络；约25%用于加强集团的数字营销及配送能力；约30%用于潜在的战略联盟；约10%用于投资科技及创新；及约15%用于潜在的并购机会。
