直真科技(003007.SZ)披露上市發行結果：遭棄購35466股 由主承銷商包銷
格隆匯 9 月 17日丨直真科技(003007.SZ)公告，北京直真科技股份有限公司(以下簡稱“發行人”、“直真科技”或“公司”)首次公開發行不超過2,000萬股人民幣普通股(A股)(以下簡稱“本次發行”)的申請已獲中國證券監督管理委員會證監許可[2020]2103號文核准。本次發行的保薦人(主承銷商)為中德證券有限責任公司(以下簡稱“中德證券”或“保薦人(主承銷商)”)。發行人的股票簡稱為“直真科技”，股票代碼為“003007”。
本次發行採用直接定價方式，全部股份通過網上向社會公眾投資者發行，不進行網下詢價和配售。發行人與保薦人(主承銷商)綜合考慮發行人基本面、所處行業、可比公司估值水平、市場情況、募集資金需求以及承銷風險等因素，協商確定本次網上發行的發行價格為23.40元/股，發行數量為2000萬股。
本次發行的網上申購繳款工作已於2020年9月16日(T+2日)結束。
保薦人(主承銷商)根據深圳證券交易所提供的數據，對本次網上定價發行的新股認購情況進行了統計，結果如下：
(1)網上投資者繳款認購的股份數量(股)：19,964,534
(2)網上投資者繳款認購的金額(元)：467,170,095.60
(3)網上投資者放棄認購數量(股)：35466
(4)網上投資者放棄認購金額(元)：829904.40
網上投資者放棄認購股數全部由保薦人(主承銷商)包銷，即保薦人(主承銷商)包銷股份數量為35466股，包銷金額為829,904.40元。保薦人(主承銷商)包銷比例為0.18%。
2020年9月18日(T+4日)，保薦人(主承銷商)依據保薦承銷協議將餘股包銷資金與網上發行募集資金扣除保薦承銷費後一起劃給發行人，發行人向中國證券登記結算有限責任公司深圳分公司提交股份登記申請，將包銷股份登記至保薦人(主承銷商)指定證券賬户。
