首批4只科创板50ETF定档：发行一天，募集上限各50亿

科创板50ETF的发售时间出炉。
9月14日晚间，易方达基金于官网发布易方达上证科创板50成份交易型开放式指数证券投资基金的基金合同等相关文件。这也是首批 4只科创板50ETF中率先官方发布相关合同的一只。
根据文件，易方达基金拟于9月22日发售科创板50ETF，发售时间仅为一天。同时，科创板50ETF设置首次募集上限，募集上限为50亿元。投资人可选择网上现金认购、网下现金认购和网下股票认购 3 种方式。
易方达科创板50ETF基金产品资料概要显示，该基金的投资范围包括标的指数成份股及备选成份股、除标的指数成份股及备选成份股以外的其他股票（包括科创板、创业板、中小板以及其他依法发行、上市的股票）、债券、债券回购、资产支持证券、银行存款、同业存单、货币市场工具、金融衍生工具（包括股指期货、股票期权等）以及法律法规或中国证监会允许基金投资的其他金融工具。该基金投资于标的指数成份股及备选成份股的资产不低于非现金资产的80%且不低于基金资产净值的90%，因法律法规的规定而受限制的情形除外。其标的指数为上证科创板50成份指数，及其未来可能发生的变更。
据澎湃新闻记者从业内了解，华夏基金、工银瑞信基金及华泰柏瑞基金旗下的科创板50ETF均将于9月22日开始募集，销售时间同为一天，且募集上限均为50亿元。
证监会官网显示， 7月15日，易方达、华夏、华泰柏瑞、工银瑞信基金纷纷上报了“上证科创板50成份ETF及其联接基金”。9月11日，首批4只科创板50ETF已经正式拿到批文。
9月11日晚间，上交所公告称，为满足市场发展需要，上交所决定为科创板ETF业务分配588000-588499代码段。
科创50ETF基金的获批，意味着科创板也正式进入了指数投资的新时代。
有基金公司人士称，科创50指数聚焦的是代表性的科创型企业，具备较高的成长性，发展空间比较广阔。虽然股票可能表现不好甚至是退市，但指数是永续存在的，在定期调整中剔除不合格的股票，迎接新的优质股票。科创50指数建立了季度定期调整机制，并针对退市、退市风险警示等情况设立临时调整机制。未来随着科创板上市公司的不断增加，科创50指数也会逐渐纳入更加多的优质样本，进一步能够提升科创50指数的投资价值。
