据报苹果公司加紧培养接班人 Jeff Williams或成下任行政总裁
据报苹果公司(AAPL.US)最高管理层正将更多焦点放於选择及培养包括行政总裁库克(Tim Cook)等的接班人。虽然现年59岁的库克没有表示准备退休,但他担任苹果公司行政总裁已踏入第十年,其管理团队亦大多在公司工作逾二十年,并接近退休年龄,部分高层如全球营销高级副总裁Phil Schiller及设计总监Jony Ive也相继离开管团队。
据《彭博通讯社》一份报告显示,若库克离任,苹果公司现任营运总监Jeff Williams或成下一任行政总裁。Williams於1998年加入苹果公司,2015年成为营运总监,其行事作风与库克相似,且在公司担任的角色不断扩大。
