地政：西貢公路蠔涌住宅地共收22份標書

西貢公路蠔涌住宅地(丈量約份第214約地段第1003號)於今天(21日)中午12時截標。地政總署公布，共收到22份標書。
據了解，入標財團包括長實集團(01113.HK)、信和置業(00083.HK)、永泰地產(00369.HK)、英皇國際(00163.HK)、佳明集團(01271.HK)及華懋等，均表示獨資入標。
另外，新世界發展(00017.HK)、嘉華國際(00173.HK)、遠東發展(00035.HK)、其士國際(00025.HK)、建滔集團(00148.HK)及建灝等都有入標。
