格隆汇 8 月 20日丨双运控股(01706.HK)发布公告,截至2020年6月30日止六个月,实现收益约3550万新加坡元,较去年同期下降约21.8%;毛利约580万新加坡元,同比减少约46.3%;期内溢利42.6万新加坡元,同比下降约84.6%;基本每股盈利0.0426新加坡分;不派中期股息。
报告期内,由于COVID-19对新加坡经济造成严重冲击。建筑业受到国内经济下滑的负面影响。自2020年4月以来直至2020年6月,集团并无产生收益。集团于此期间仍产生固定成本、面临建筑材料的损耗及价格上扬。许多国家对COVID-19发出的封城令亦导致人力缩减,根据新加坡政府法规,公司仍须于断路器期间持续支付现有工人薪水。所有该等因素均对集团期内的财务表现造成巨大影响。收益减少主要由于断路器期间所有建筑工程均被暂停所致。
