顺博合金(002996.SZ)：回拨后 网上定价发行中签率为0.0319040947%
格隆汇8月19日丨顺博合金(002996.SZ)披露首次公开发行股票网上申购情况及中签率公告，公司(“发行人”)首次公开发行不超过5300万股人民币普通股(A股)(“此次发行”)的申请已获中国证券监督管理委员会证监许可[2020]1590号文核准，此次发行采用网下向符合条件的投资者询价配售和网上向持有深圳市场非限售A股股份和非限售存托凭证市值的社会公众投资者定价发行相结合的方式进行。
发行人和保荐机构(主承销商)国海证券(“保荐机构(主承销商)”)协商确定此次发行股份数量为5300万股。回拨机制启动前，网下初始发行数量为3710万股，为此次发行总量的70%，网上初始发行数量为1590万股，占此次发行总量的30%。此次发行价格为人民币8.41元/股。
顺博合金于2020年8月19日(T日)利用深圳证券交易所交易系统网上定价发行“顺博合金”股票1590万股。
保荐机构(主承销商)根据深圳证券交易所提供的数据，对此次网上定价发行的申购情况进行了统计，此次网上定价发行有效申购户数为16,980,129户，有效申购数量为149,510,589,500股，配号总数为299,021,179个，配号起始号码为000000000001，截止号为000299021179。
根据《重庆顺博铝合金股份有限公司首次公开发行股票发行公告》公布的回拨机制，由于网上初步有效申购倍数为9,403.18173倍，高于150倍，发行人和保荐机构(主承销商)决定启动回拨机制，将此次发行股份的60%由网下回拨至网上。回拨后，网下最终发行数量为530万股，占此次发行总量的10%；网上最终发行数量为4,770万股，占此次发行总量的90%。回拨后此次网上定价发行的中签率为0.0319040947%，申购倍数为3,134.39391倍。
