魯億通(300423.SZ)：證券簡稱擬變更為“昇輝科技”
格隆匯 8 月 19日丨魯億通(300423.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年8月19日召開第三屆董事會第十七次會議,審議通過了《關於擬變更公司名稱及證券簡稱的議案》，擬對公司名稱及證券簡稱進行變更，證券代碼不變，仍為“300423”。
變更前，中文名稱為山東魯億通智能電氣股份有限公司，英文名稱為Shandong Luyitong Intelligent Electric Plc.，中文簡稱為“魯億通電氣”，英文簡稱為“LYT ELECTRIC”，證券簡稱為“魯億通”；
擬變更後，中文名稱為昇輝智能科技股份有限公司，英文名稱為Sunfly Intelligent Technology Co., LTD，中文簡稱為“昇輝科技”，英文簡稱為“Sunfly Technology”，證券簡稱為“昇輝科技”。
2018年初公司成功併購昇輝控股有限公司，目前業務整合已全面完成，規模效應和協同效應得到進一步發揮。根據公司戰略佈局規劃及業務發展的需要，同時為了更好地與重組完成後的公司主營業務相匹配，突出核心業務板塊，強化品牌效應，積極促進公司健康穩定持續發展，擬將公司名稱及證券簡稱做相應的變更。此次公司名稱及證券簡稱的變更將清晰和準確地反映公司的核心業務和行業定位，將有利於公司發展和戰略佈局的實現，更好的實現公司戰略目標的推進。
公司全資子公司昇輝控股有限公司系公司的利潤主要來源和重點發展的核心企業，此次變更後的公司全稱及證券簡稱能夠更加準確地體現公司核心業務強化品牌效應，將更多的資源傾斜子公司，支持子公司的發展，符合公司發展方向和戰略。
公司將集中整合調配現有資源，滿足公司經營及未來的持續發展，做大做強主營業務，打造企業核心競爭力，提升企業品牌形象。此次公司名稱的變更將清晰地反映公司的產業結構和行業定位，將有利於公司發展和戰略佈局的實現，有利於更好的配合公司戰略目標的推進。此次變更公司名稱不會對公司生產經營產生不利影響。
