汇金通(603577.SH)：选举李明东为董事长 聘任刘锋为总经理兼法定代表人
格隆汇 8 月 14日丨汇金通(603577.SH)公布，2020年8月14日，公司第三届董事会第十五次会议审议通过了《关于选举公司董事长的议案》、《关于选举公司副董事长的议案》、《关于调整公司董事会专业委员会委员的议案》，公司董事会选举李明东为公司董事长、选举刘锋为公司副董事长，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第三届董事会届满之日止。
变更后的第三届董事会组成情况：董事长李明东、副董事长刘锋、董事蔡维锋、董事董萍、独立董事黄镔、独立董事付永领、独立董事王书桐。
2020年8月14日，公司第三届董事会第十五次会议审议通过了《关于改聘公司高级管理人员的议案》，同意聘任刘锋为公司总经理兼法定代表人、聘任蔡维锋为公司常务副总经理、聘任董萍为公司副总经理、聘任安太武为公司副总经理、聘任于丽为公司副总经理、聘任朱贵营为公司财务总监、聘任朱芳莹为公司董事会秘书，并同意上述人员薪酬标准依据公司《2020年度董事、监事和高级管理人员薪酬方案》执行。
李明东，1967年出生，中国国籍，大学学历，清华大学MBA工商管理硕士，无境外永久居留权。曾任河北津西钢铁股份有限公司副总经理、总经理，北京建龙重工集团股份有限公司副总裁，扬帆集团股份有限公司董事长、中国船舶行业协会副会长。现任河北津西钢铁集团股份有限公司副总裁、青岛汇金通电力设备股份有限公司董事长。先后荣获中国杰出管理人才、河北省优秀企业管理者、河北省企业改革模范、河北省科技进步三等奖、河北省“五四”青年奖章等荣誉称号。
刘锋，1969年出生，中国国籍，大专学历，无境外永久居留权。曾任青岛第十一织布厂职员，胶州锋华加油站经理，胶州路通工程公司经理，青岛汇金通电力设备股份有限公司董事长、总经理、名誉董事长、战略顾问。现任青岛汇金通电力设备股份有限公司副董事长、总经理兼法定代表人。
