中華企業(600675.SH):擬發行不超27.5億元商業不動產抵押貸款資產支持證券
格隆匯 8 月 6日丨中華企業(600675.SH)公佈,公司第九屆董事會臨時會議決議,審議通過關於發行商業不動產抵押貸款資產支持證券的議案;
為更好滿足公司經營發展資金需求和優化公司債務結構,拓寬直接融資渠道,同時盤活資產,創新融資方式,根據《公司法》、《證券法》、《證券公司及基金管理子公司資產證券化業務管理規定》等法律、法規的規定,中華企業將採用商業不動產抵押貸款資產支持證券(CMBS)模式,即以公司間接持有的古北國際財富二期辦公樓(“目標物業”)作為資產支持,以目標物業產生的現金流作為支撐,通過設立信託計劃,並以相應信託受益權作為基礎資產發起設立不超過27.5億元的資產支持專項計劃。
