时代邻里(09928.HK)上半年纯利预增逾七成
格隆汇 7 月 24日丨时代邻里(09928.HK)公布,相较2019年同期的未经审核归属集团权益拥有人的利润,公司预期截至2020年6月30日止六个月的未经审核归属集团权益拥有人的利润将录得增加,增幅不低于70%。
该预期增幅乃主要由于以下原因:(1)集团管理的物业的建筑面积较2019年同期增加约35%;(2)提供物业管理服务及非业主增值服务产生的收入较2019年同期分别增加约40%及约50%;及(3)集团毛利率较2019年同期上升约1个百分点所致。
