中國神華(01088.HK)與天津港已協商同意對天津煤碼頭同比例減資
格隆匯 7 月 23日丨中國神華(01088.HK)公佈,神華天津煤炭碼頭有限責任公司("天津煤碼頭")為公司的控股子公司,公司持有天津煤碼頭55%股權。公司與天津港股份有限公司("天津港",600717.SH)已協商同意對天津煤碼頭同比例減資,將天津煤碼頭註冊資本減至現有實繳註冊資本數152,498.85萬元,雙方尚未繳納的認繳出資共計113,853.90萬元不再繳納。
此次變更註冊資本後,公司仍持有天津煤碼頭55%股權,出資金額變更為83,874.5萬元。
