申酉控股(08377.HK)建議股份「五合一」
申酉控股(08377.HK)公布,建議按每5股每股面值0.01元的已發行及未發行現有股份將合併為1股每股面值0.05元的合併股份的基準實施股份合併。
緊隨股份合併生效後,公司的法定股本將為5,000萬元,分為10億股每股面值0.05元的合併股份,其中2.4億股合併股份將為已發行並繳足或入賬列作
受限於並待股份合併生效後,公司建議每手買賣單位由50,000股現有股份更改為10,000股合併股份。
股份合併生效及開始買賣合併股份日期為今年8月25日。
