港股异动 | 腾讯(0700.HK)涨超3% 传考虑44亿元竞购法国游戏商Voodoo股权
格隆汇7月15日丨腾讯(0700.HK)涨超3%,报541港元,总市值达5.2万亿港元。彭博社引述消息人士报道称,腾讯正考虑竞购法国游戏开发公司Voodoo的少数股权,据悉还有其他竞购者有意收购Voodoo股份,腾讯不一定能达成协议。知情人士称,腾讯考虑斥资最多5亿欧元(约44亿港元),收购Voodoo约20%至25%的股份。Voodoo也一直在考虑游戏开发商Ubisoft Entertainment和Zynga的收购意向。Voodoo是法国游戏开发商,创办于2013年,开发的游戏以休閒游戏、小游戏为主,包括《Roller Splat!》、《Snake VS Block》。腾讯近年积极拓展海外版图,目前其在海外已经拥有Supercell、Riot Games等游戏厂商,并在Epic Games 、动视暴雪(美:ATVI)等公司持股。
