信邦制药(002390.SZ)半年度净利润预降67.03%-75.27%
格隆汇 7 月 13日丨信邦制药(002390.SZ)公布,预计2020年半年度归属于上市公司股东的净利润3000万元-4000万元,同比下降67.03%-75.27%。业绩变动原因如下:
1、受新型冠状病毒肺炎等因素影响,公司2020年一季度营业收入同比下降,经营业绩出现亏损;二季度以来,随着国内疫情形势逐步得到控制,以及国家一系列支持复工复产稳定经济政策措施的出台,公司生产经营得以快速恢复,上半年实现盈利。
2、报告期内,公司出售了全资子公司中肽生化有限公司及康永生物技术有限公司,第二季度确认投资损失2009.55万元,上述子公司不再纳入公司合并报表范围。
