大和:上调深圳国际(0152.HK)目标价至17.7港元 重申买入评级
大和发表研究报告指,深圳国际(0152.HK)的子公司深圳高速公路股份(0548.HK)正与政府商讨,有关2月17日至5月5日的收费公路费用补偿。管理层认为,政府将会延长收费公路的特许经营期限,又指除了位于湖北省的一条高速公路外,所有收费道路均恢复正常。大和将深圳国际目标价由原来的17.3港元升至17.7港元,维持买入评级。
大和表示,深高速管理层指出,汽车的比例并无太大变化,乘用车占70%,而货车就佔不多于10%。管理层又指,新型冠状病毒疫情将建设工程推迟了1至2个月,公司正加快步伐以赶上进度。
管理层表示,一旦落实某些细节,就会公布最新的五年计划。该行认为,新能源及废物处理将成为环境业务下一个5年重点。到2024年底,该业务的资产规模将由目前的17%扩大至佔总资产的30%。
