格隆汇4月10日丨德尔股份(300473.SZ)发布2020年度第一季度业绩预告,报告期内,预计归属于上市公司股东的净利润介于1100万元~1700万元,比上年同期下降33.14%~56.73%。
报告期内,汽车产销量持续下降,终端客户整车产销均大幅度下滑,对经营业绩产生较大影响。
报告期内,公司新产品研发投入相关费用的增加,包括但不限于新增日本子公司的开发投入等,相关费用增加对当期净利润有所影响。
此外,报告期内,预计非经常性损益对公司净利润的影响金额约为100万元~ 300万元,对本期盈利没有重大影响。
