格隆汇3月30日丨中国铁建(01186.HK)公告，2019年，集团实现营业收入8304.522亿元，同比增长13.74%；实现利润总额280.267亿元，同比增长11.64%，实现净利润226.237亿元，同比增长14.04%；经营性现金净流量400.058亿元，比去年提高345.580亿元。
管理费用同比增长5.31%，低于营业收入增幅8.43个百分点；销售费用同比增长22.60%，低于新签合同额增幅4.06个百分点；每股收益1.40元；资产总额达到10,812.392亿元，同比增加1,635.686亿元；资产负债率75.77%，同比下降1.64个百分点。
2019年，集团新签合同额20,068.544亿元，完成年度计划的120.89%，同比增长26.66%。其中，国内业务新签合同额17,376.115亿元，占新签合同总额的86.58%，同比增长19.48%；海外业务新签合同额2,692.429亿元，占新签合同总额的13.42%，同比增长106.76%。
截至2019年末，集团未完合同额32,736.371亿元，同比增长20.86%。其中，国内业务未完合同额25,799.853亿元，占未完合同总额的78.81%；海外业务未完合同额6,936.518亿元，占未完合同总额的21.19%。
报告期内，工程承包板块新签合同额17,306.532亿元，占新签合同总额的86.24%，同比增长27.97%。
其中，铁路工程新签合同额2613.218亿元，占工程承包板块新签合同额的15.10%，同比增长23.24%；公路工程新签合同额3,248.194亿元，占工程承包板块新签合同额的18.77%，同比增长11.43%；城市轨道工程新签合同额1,787.048亿元，占工程承包板块新签合同额的10.33%，同比增长71.43%；房建工程新签合同额5,423.207亿元，占工程承包板块新签合同额的31.34%，同比增长48.50%；市政工程新签合同额3,085.706亿元，占工程承包板块新签合同额的17.83%，同比增长14.61%；水利电力工程新签合同额280.773亿元，占工程承包板块新签合同额的1.62%，同比减少42.57%；机场码头及航道工程新签合同额376.419亿元，占工程承包板块新签合同额的2.18%，同比增长242.82%。
