東華軟件(002065.SZ)：與宣亞國際簽署關於智慧城市、雲計算、大數據等領域戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯3月30日丨東華軟件(002065.SZ)公佈，雲計算、大數據、人工智能、智慧城市、智慧教育、智慧醫療5G應用、數字化營銷等新技術的應用具有廣闊前景。公司與宣亞國際同意充分發揮各自領域的人才、資源、技術、產品及市場優勢，開展全方位的合作，形成全面戰略合作伙伴關係。
近日，雙方經友好協商，本着“開放公平、優勢互補、共創共贏、市場主導”的合作原則，在北京市簽署了《關於智慧城市、雲計算、大數據等領域戰略合作框架協議》。
雙方同意將對方作為戰略發展合作伙伴,按本協議的約定來推進如下合作：
1、共同研究5G、雲計算、大數據、人工智能、雲視頻、智慧城市、智慧產業等技術在廣電、教育、醫療、金融、保險、證券、港口、能源、汽車等行業的深度融合解決方案，在方案制定、試點示範、戰略客户拓展、項目推進、成果交付、營銷科技服務等層面進行全方位合作；
2、利用公司在雲計算、信息系統建設、數據中心建設方面的優勢以及宣亞國際在大數據中台建設、人工智能技術、數據治理以及數據產業整合營銷策略上的優勢，雙方共同研究基於大數據、視頻技術以及人工智能技術的智能大數據中台、智慧中台等應用場景；利用宣亞國際在企業服務、市場、客户、營銷等領域的優勢以及公司信息系統建設、大數據中心建設的優勢，幫助客户推進信息化以及智能化改造，為客户提供一體化的智能建設方案；
3、加強全方位品牌建設與整合傳播合作。作為戰略合作伙伴，雙方在實驗演示、峯會、展會、研討會、社交傳播、國際傳播中互相支持與提升品牌；雙方在對外宣傳合作成果時需經對方同意，合規宣傳對方品牌。
公司此次與宣亞國際簽署戰略合作框架協議，符合公司的發展戰略。雙方未來將充分發揮雙方在人才資源、技術研發、行業市場等方面的獨特優勢，加速推進5G、雲計算、大數據、人工智能等新興技術在智慧城市、金融、醫療、能源等多個領域的應用落地，進一步強化雙方的品牌建設與對外宣傳，有利於公司進一步擴張在細分行業的市場份額，提升公司的核心競爭力。
