格隆汇3月27日丨世纪联合控股(01959.HK)公布,截至2019年12月31日止年度,公司收益20.72亿元人民币,同比增长6.8%;公司拥有人应占溢利3306.8万元,同比减少4%;每股盈利8.3分。
权益股东应占溢利(不包括上市开支)增至约人民币4390万元,同比增长5.0%。毛利增加2.9%至2019年度的约人民币1.8亿元。
由于2019年度不利的经营环境,2019年度新车销量为17,050辆,较2018年度保持稳定水准。于2019年度,机动车的销售(主要包括新车和二手车的销售)约为人民币17.9亿元,同比增长7.9%。
