中國移動(00941.HK)年度利潤減少9.46%至1066億元 末期息1.723港元
格隆匯3月19日丨中國移動(00941.HK)公佈2019年度業績,公司營運收入達到人民幣7,459億元,同比增長1.2%,其中通信服務收入達到人民幣6,744億元,同比增長0.5%;EBITDA為人民幣2,960億元,同比增長7.4%,EBITDA率為39.7%,同比提升2.3個百分點;股東應占利潤達到人民幣1,066億元,同比減少9.46%,每股盈利為人民幣5.21元,同比下降9.5%。
期間資本開支為人民幣1,659億元,自由現金流保持健康,為人民幣817億元。董事會建議派發截至2019年12月31日止年度末期股息每股1.723港元,連同已派發的中期股息每股1.527港元,全年股息合計每股3.250港元。
2019年,移動客户淨增2,521萬户,達到9.50億户。手機上網流量同比增長90.3%,手機上網DOU達6.7GB。移動ARPU為人民幣49.1元,保持行業領先。與此同時,公司深化推進全球通等品牌升級,加快完善服務管理機制,客户滿意度不斷提高。
家庭市場方面,公司堅持拓規模、樹品牌、建生態、提價值,提升營裝維服一體化服務水平,推進智慧家庭運營,增勢強勁。家庭寬帶客户達到1.72億户,同比增長17.1%。其中,魔百和用户達到1.22億户,滲透率達到70.9%。家庭寬帶綜合ARPU達到人民幣35.3元。
政企市場方面,公司積極打造新增長引擎,充分發揮雲網融合優勢和DICT5牽引作用,推進網+雲+DICT智能化服務,客户、收入均實現快速增長。截至2019年底,政企客户數達到1,028萬家,同比增長43.2%。聚焦工業、農業、教育、政務、醫療、交通、金融等重點行業,大力推廣與場景深度融合的DICT行業解決方案,DICT收入同比增長48.3%,達人民幣261億元,對整體收入的拉動貢獻進一步加大。
此外,新興市場方面,公司繼續加大國際業務、股權投資、數字內容、金融科技四大新領域的拓展力度,初見成效。2019年,國際業務收入同比增長31.4%,規模不斷壯大;圍繞價值貢獻、生態構建、產投協同,加大股權投資力度,股權投資收益對淨利潤貢獻佔比達11.9%;咪咕視頻月活躍用户同比增長46.4%,和包核心功能月活躍用户同比增長58.9%。
公司稱,2020年,公司將努力克服新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情給業務發展和5G建設帶來的影響,同時充分把握此次疫情催生的綫上化、智能化、雲化服務等發展機遇,藉助5G積極拓展信息通信服務行業新空間。通過各方面的努力,公司力爭實現通信服務收入保持增長、淨利潤保持穩定、客户滿意度保持領先的目標。
