西王置业(02088.HK)预计年度由盈转亏5000万至6000万元
格隆汇3月16日丨西王置业(02088.HK)公告,公司预期截至2019年12月31日止年度将录得综合亏损净额约人民币5000万元至人民币6000万元,而截至2018年12月31日止年度则为综合溢利净额约人民币4790万元。出现有关情况乃主要由于:于2019年12月出售集团所持已落成待售物业(即中国山东省青岛市一处办公大楼之若干单位)产生亏损;西王地产有限公司应占现金产生单位的商誉减值亏损;以及于2018年取得的有关印台山玉米文化项目的赔偿收入属一次性。
