西安旅游(000610.SZ)：疫情预计将对公司一季度经营业绩构成较大影响
格隆汇2月18日丨西安旅游(000610.SZ)公布，自新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生以来，面对严峻的疫情防控形势，全国上下众志成城，全力以赴应对疫情。公司积极响应中央及省、市政府号召，勇担社会责任，全力做好新型冠状病毒疫情防控工作。现将有关情况公告如下：
一、公司生产经营情况
为了全力配合做好新型冠状病毒疫情防控工作，减少交叉感染的风险，确保顾客及员工的安全和健康，根据国家、省、市政府相关文件精神，公司所属解放饭店、关中客栈、上林宫酒店和西北大酒店等分公司，西安海外旅游有限责任公司、西安中旅国际旅行社有限责任公司、西安西旅新光华酒店有限责任公司、西安渭水园温泉度假村有限公司等子公司，其全部经营门店自1月27日起暂停营业，所有旅游计划取消。
同时为了居民的健康与安全，做好疫情防控，有效减少人员流动、聚集，阻断疫情的传播，公司“西旅生活馆”在西安市曲江新区范围內特别推出放心蔬菜送货上门服务，克服困难，坚持基地源头直采模式，切实履行社会责任，让辖区市民吃上放心菜、平价菜。
此次疫情，预计将对公司2020年一季度经营业绩构成较大的影响。后续恢复正常营业的时间，将视疫情发展及西安市疫情防控工作相关规定而定。
二、应对疫情采取的积极措施
1.及时成立了由公司党政主要领导为组长，公司领导班子成员为副组长，各部室负责人、各分(子)公司党政主要领导为成员的新型肺炎联防联控领导小组，切实负起责任，坚守岗位、确保疫情联防联控工作稳步推进。
2.按照相关要求，周密部署，做细做实，迅速开展大排查工作，对本单位以及酒店客人中涉湖北人员，包括武汉籍的、曾在武汉旅居的、与以上人员接触过的，逐一登记造册，设立专人加强监测，一旦发现立即与属地街办、社区沟通，按规定进行科学处置，确保不出任何疏漏。
3.公司下属上林宫酒店积极响应市、区政府号召，被长安区政府征用，作为隔离疑似感染者之用。为确保安全防疫，上林宫酒店全体人员对酒店进行全面、细致的消毒擦洗，做好公共区域的定时消毒。做到不造谣、不信谣、不传谣，众志成城，齐心协力。
4.发挥“学习型”企业作用，加强理论学习，提高广大干部员工素质修养、文化知识和技术技能水平。公司工会还在系统内开展了干部员工素质教育网络在线学习。空中课堂的开设，在为疫情防控提供精神疏解的同时，也为复工复产储备了技能，凝聚了力量。
5.在做好经营场所全方位、全时段消毒的同时，强化一线员工个人卫生行为和个人防护，强调全员戴口罩、勤洗手，减少不必要外出和聚集，尽量避免近距离的交流、接触，并且保证室内通风。同时，做好相关疫情防控知识的培训和宣传，不断提升全员防控意识和自我防范能力。
6.建立严格的疫情信息报告制度，提升应急值守工作力度。
