高银金融(00530.HK)料中期盈转亏
格隆汇2月18日丨高银金融(00530.HK)公告,集团预期于2020年度上半年将会录得亏损,而上年度同期(2019年度上半年)则录得溢利。
有关亏损主要来自预期本集团于2020年度上半年的投资物业公平值将会录得减少净额,而于2019年度上半年则录得投资物业公平值增加净额约为12.99亿港元。
集团预期其投资物业于2020年度上半年公平值减少净额约为1.94亿港元,此乃反映香港整体物业的市况。此外,集团亦分别预期其酒品贸易业务的营业额下降约为31%及财务费用增加约为67%
