格隆汇2月7日丨礼建德集团(08455.HK)公布,截至2019年12月31日止9个月,公司收益9490.3万港元,同比减少13%;公司拥有人应占亏损75万港元,上年同期溢利213万港元;每股亏损0.09港仙。
净亏损主要由于产生自商业室内设计及装修服务的收益减少所致。监于期间产生的收益相较2018年同期呈稳定以及与现有及潜在新客户的最新磋商,董事认为,该集团业务的商业及营运能力并无遭遇重大恶化。
