宜昌交运(002627.SZ)：公司所属客运班线、旅游景区和旅游产品均已暂停运营
格隆汇2月3日丨宜昌交运(002627.SZ)公布，自湖北和全国其他地区相继暴发新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情以来，公司顶格重视、迅速响应，全力贯彻落实中央、湖北省和宜昌市关于做好疫情防控工作的指示精神，全面落实疫情防控的各项措施，积极履行疫情防控的社会责任。现就疫情和防控措施的实施对公司日常生产经营和定期报告披露的影响情况说明如下：
截止公告日，公司及控股子公司全体员工无新型冠状病毒感染肺炎的确诊或疑似病例。
公司经营情况：1．客运和旅游服务：自2020年1月24日起，公司所属客运班线、旅游景区和旅游产品均已暂停运营；自2020年1月28日起，三峡机场巴士专线暂停运行，只保障机场工作人员通勤需要；巡游出租汽车和网约车仅限城区内营运，严禁出城。
2．汽车销售和售后服务：目前整车销售从店面销售调整为线上展销；售后维修业务仅提供车辆应急抢修服务。
3．商贸物流服务：一方面确保各项防控措施落实，一方面维持相关业务的开展。东站物流中心公铁联运装卸业务，维持铁路到发货物的装卸运输，疫情防控和重点建设项目的物资优先装卸；物流园区内所有商户在2月14日以前均暂停营业。受托经营管理的宜港集团，件杂货物装卸少量开展，外贸集装箱班轮的装卸业务正常开展，枝城港铁路到达货物及时进行装卸转运，确保电煤等战略物资优先作业。
公司采取的措施：1．严格实施疫情防控：公司第一时间成立疫情防控工作领导专班，加强公司下属的车船港站等疫情重点防控区域联防联控；积极储备和发放疫情防控物资，加强员工自我防护，提升一线工作人员的自我保护意识和防护能力；加强正面宣传引导，利用电子显示屏在公共场所为广大旅客和市民播放疫情预防常识；加强值班值守，确保24小时应急指挥到位。
2．积极落实应急保障：严格落实24小时应急值班制度，由专人汇总值班情况，及时向上级单位汇报；在交通部门指导下，所辖车船港站全面联动，紧急组织疫情防控应急交通运输保障队(包含游轮2艘、大型客车60台、中小型车辆20台、出租车50台)，护航宜昌市防控疫情前沿阵地。截止公告日公司参与接送医护人员车辆为115台，累计出车1050台次，累计免费接送医护人员1502人次。
3．公司及控股子公司已经做好准备，待疫情缓解和地方政府复工文件下达后，相关线路、产品和服务及时恢复营运。
疫情于 2020年春运期间暴发，线路停运等疫情防控措施的实施，短期内对公司道路客运的春运业务造成了一定影响，随着未来疫情缓解，春运返程高峰期将会延迟；当前正值旅游服务业务的传统淡季，短期内疫情对公司现有旅游业务影响较小；由于疫情防控措施的实施，汽车销售业务被迫调整经营模式，虽然汽车销售服务业务利润贡献占比不大，但汽车销售收入的下滑将影响公司收入整体规模。
当前，党中央、国务院领导全国人民上下一心、众志成城开展疫情防控工作，在此次疫情结束前，疫情对公司2020年整体经营业绩和相关业务影响的具体数据暂无法准确预计。
