格隆匯1月24日丨浩柏國際(08431.HK)公佈,相較去年同期錄得的溢利淨額約300萬港元,預期集團截至2019年12月31日止九個月將錄得虧損淨額。
截至2019年12月31日止九個月之虧損主要歸因於毛利率下降,原因是報告期間根據變更訂單進行的若干工程的毛利率相對較低;澳門項目產生的收入減少,該等項目較香港項目一般具有相對較高毛利率;通常具有相對較高毛利率的顧問服務並無錄得收入;及報告期間收入減少,原因是若干大型項目已接近完工日期及工程量較少,且上述大型項目的大部分收入已於過往期間確認。
