大坑道住宅地皮暂接获3份标书

港岛大坑道135号住宅地皮於今日中午截标，据现场所见，暂接获3份标书，包括香港建设(00190.HK)。

香港建设经理赖锦权指，虽然近日受社会事件影响，但衡量後，长远仍然看好香港市场，而且地皮优质，出价则不便透露。

地皮为前公务员宿舍，占地42,948方尺，最高可建楼面约12.9万方尺。综合业界人士资料，地皮估值约17.4亿至54亿元。
