长沙银行(601577.SH):同意给予友阿控股授信额度4亿元
格隆汇12月10日丨长沙银行(601577.SH)公布,该行于2019年12月9日召开董事会风险控制与关联交易委员会2019年第十一次会议,同意该行给予友阿控股授信额度人民币4亿元,授信产品为流动资金贷款,期限1年,利率不低于1年期LPR加150个基点,担保方式为保证、质押。
至此次关联交易为止,过去12个月内该行与友阿股份及同一关联人的关联交易总金额,较年初日常关联交易预计总金额15亿元超出2.229亿元,超过该行最近一期经审计净资产的0.5%。
