港股异动 | 中远海运港口涨逾5% 持续出售港口资产及进行并购 获大行看好
格隆汇11月18日丨中远海运港口(1199.HK)现报6.67港元,涨5.37%,暂成交1426万港元,最新总市值210.9亿港元。大和今日发研报指,中远海运港口持续出售港口资产及进行并购,有助优化资产基础;加上预期公司未来三年股息率吸引,约5%至6%,重申“买入”评级,目标价由9.5港元微降至9.4港元。集团持续出售港口资产,料此举有助优化集团码头资产组合,改善今年的净资产回报;该行称集团亦希望透过新科技以降低成本和提升效率。值得一提的是,此前10月底,大和亦曾发报告称,公司首三季经调整净收益微下跌0.8%,逊于该行预期,将目标价由11.6港元下调至9.5港元,维持“买入”评级。
