盛诺集团(01418.HK)附属出售物料公司51%股权 代价1.57亿元
格隆汇11月18日丨盛诺集团(01418.HK)公布,于2019年11月15日,公司间接全资附属公司圣诺盟浙江(作为卖方)与刘家明(作为买方)订立购股协议,据此,圣诺盟浙江出售,而刘家明收购成都新港51%股权,代价为人民币1.57亿元。
公告显示,成都新港为于中国成立有限公司,于购股协议日期由圣诺盟浙江及刘家明分别拥有51%及49%权益。成都新港主要从事制造及销售聚氨酯泡沫以及销售装饰物料、沙发物料、布料及床褥物料。
公告称,公司拟将出售事项所得款项净额用作集团一般营运资金。
