春城热力(01853.HK):热电企业供热出厂价格调整为34元每吉焦
格隆汇11月1日丨春城热力(01853.HK)公告,集团在2019年10月28日接到长春市发展和改革委员会一份日期为2019年10月16日的通知,自2019-2020年采暖期起︰1.供采暖的热电企业供热出厂价格会调整为人民币34元╱吉焦(含9%增值税);及2.取消热源和热网企业双方协商的价格机制。
基于董事会参考目前可得资料而作出的初步评估,公司预期这次价格调整对年度平均购热成不会有重大影响。由于上述原因,董事会认为前述热源价格调整不会对年度公司经营及成构成重大影响。
