野村:升国寿(2628.HK)目标价至22.82港元 评级“买入”
野村发表报告指,中国人寿(02628.HK)首三季业绩表现与其早前公布之盈喜相符,强劲增长主要来自整体投资回报改善,回报率自去年同期的3.3%提升至5.7%。受惠低基数,首三季新业务价值(NBV)按年增长20%,大幅高於同业及该行预测之15%增幅。
该行上调国寿全年NBV预测3%,料全年NBV按年增长18%;同时考虑第三季纯利表现强劲,野村上调国寿今年全年盈利预测34%,2020年及2021年分别上调9%及15%。目标价相应自22.4港元上调至22.82港元,评级维持“买入”。
