港铁(00066.HK)黄竹坑站第四期物业项目仅获6份标书
港铁(00066.HK)公布,黄竹坑站第四期物业发展项目今日(23日)截止提交标书後,共收到6份标书文件,公司将详细考虑收到的标书文件, 并於稍後公布招标结果。
今日现场所见,入标发展商包括表示独资投标的长实(01113.HK)及恒地(00012.HK),另外鹰君(00041.HK)亦有入标。
是次为行政长官林郑月娥於施政报告公布有关房屋政策後首次有住宅项目截标。项目早前共收到38份意向书,创同类项目历史次高,但最终仅接获6份标书。当日现场递交意向书的发展商包括鹰君、新地(00016.HK)、万科企业(02202.HK)、英皇国际(00163.HK)、华懋、保利置业(00119.HK)、远东发展(00035.HK)、建灏地产、中信泰富、太古地产(01972.HK)、帝国集团、南丰集团、中海外(00688.HK)、会德丰(00020.HK)、新世界(00017.HK)、碧桂园(02007.HK)、爪哇控股(00251.HK)、其士国际(00025.HK)、华置(00127.HK)及丰泰地产等。
黄竹坑站第四期物业发展项目属纯住宅发展,位於车站东南面,可建住宅楼面约63.8万平方尺,预计供应最多800个单位,2025年落成,早前市场估值介乎105亿至128亿元。
