中国海外发展(00688.HK)首9月经营溢利达440.3亿港元
格隆汇10月23日丨中国海外发展(00688.HK)公布,截至2019年9月30日止9个月,集团的经营业务收入为1219.5亿港元,同比上升9.9%,经营溢利为440.3亿港元。按集团于2019年8月22日已公布的未经审核中期业绩计算,即集团于第三季度的经营业务收入为285.7亿港元,经营溢利为74.2亿港元。
集团连同合营公司及联营公司2019年首九个月累计完成合约物业销售总额达2902.2亿港元,同比上升28.2%。集团将会竭力完成全年销售达到不少于3500亿港元的目标。
于2019年9月30日,集团的银行结余及现金为999.8亿港元,净借贷比率则为39.1%。集团充裕的资金、稳健的财务状况,令集团能具备良好条件捕捉市场机遇。
于2019年第三季度,集团以总权益地价合共375.1亿港元在内地10个城市及香港购入16幅土地,新增总楼面面积396万平方米(实际权益为385万平方米)。
