*ST盐湖(000792.SZ)涉融资租赁合同纠纷暨部分银行账户被冻结
格隆汇9月18日丨*ST盐湖(000792.SZ)公布，公司于近日收到山东省济南市中级人民法院(“济南中院”)送达的《民事裁定书》《举证通知书》《应诉通知书》等法律文书，长城融资租赁有限责任公司(“长城租赁”)诉称与公司及公司控股子公司青海盐湖海纳化工有限公司(“盐湖海纳”)存在融资租赁合同纠纷，向济南中院提起诉讼并申请财产保全，将公司部分银行账户冻结。
原告提出的基本事由：2014年，盐湖海纳与长城租赁签订《资产转让合同》《售后回租合同》，合同约定长城租赁购买盐湖海纳相关设备，并出租给盐湖海纳使用，盐湖海纳按期向长城租赁支付租金。同时，长城租赁与公司签订《保证合同》，由公司为盐湖海纳在上述合同项下产生的租金等债务提供连带责任保证。
在公司披露被债权人申请司法重整的信息后，长城租赁认为公司及盐湖海纳已无法继续履行上述合同相关义务，特向法院申请判令盐湖海纳支付剩余全部租金约5769.53万元、租赁物留购费400万元，并要求公司立即履行担保义务。
诉讼请求：(1)请求判令盐湖海纳向长城租赁支付租金5769.53万元、租赁物留购费400万元，以上合计6169.53万元。(2)请求判令公司对上述第1项请求中盐湖海纳应向长城租赁支付的所有款项承担连带清偿责任。(3)请求确认在应支付原告长城租赁的所有款项全部清偿前，长城租赁与盐湖海纳签署的《售后回租合同》中设备所有权归原告所有。(4)请求判令被告承担全部诉讼费、保全费、保全保险费。
根据济南中院出具的《民事裁定书》【(2019)鲁01民初3110号】，济南中院经审查认为，申请人长城租赁的申请符合法律规定，且提供了担保，其申请应予准许。依照《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》相关条款规定裁定如下：冻结被申请人公司及控股子公司盐湖海纳银行存款6169.53万元或者查封、扣押其同等价值的其他财产。

该诉讼已由济南中院受理并裁定，目前尚未开庭审理。
截至公告披露日，公司及子公司累计被冻结银行账户49个，合计实际被冻结金额约1.96亿元；冻结公司所持有的青海银行股份有限公司股份3000万股和青海盐湖佛照蓝科锂业股份有限公司24.48%的股份。
