格隆汇10月8日丨ITP HOLDINGS(08446.HK)公布,截至2019年8月31日止3个月,公司收益1847万港元,同比减少37.2%;毛利668.5万港元,同比减少59.5%;期间亏损241.7万港元,而上年同期盈利952.8万港元;每股亏损0.3港仙。
有关亏损乃主要由于(i)期间收益有所减少及(ii)确认建议本公司股份由GEM转往联交所主板上市的非经常性专业开支约460万港元。除非经常性专业费用外,期间经调整溢利将为约220万港元,同比减少约77.3%。
